Link an existing approved Supabase user to a programme. Only ARC Admin may modify assignments.
Create a placement
Use this form only to offer a new programme placement. Existing proposals, acknowledgments and declines are managed below.
Manage placements
All saved proposals and their current acknowledgement status. Do not create another proposal to confirm an existing one.
Renewal planning
Planning alerts are calculated from saved placements. Pending proposals have draft invitations; already acknowledged proposals can show a test sample of the wording, but must not receive another invitation. Declined proposals are flagged for ARC review. No emails are sent or marked as sent by this page. The Gmail handoff only creates a test compose window addressed to an email you choose.
Timing: invitation due 45 days before the end; follow-up due 30 days before the end. A new six-month season needs a separate proposal and presenter acceptance. Review notes are internal to ARC and do not change an offer, acceptance, Stripe subscription or radio schedule. All renewal emails remain test drafts.
